OpenLoop is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to build and run compensation, benefits, and equity programs for our rapidly growing workforce. This hands-on role includes harmonizing pay and benefits across subsidiaries and future acquisitions, while keeping programs competitive and easy to understand.

Reporting to the VP of People Operations & Total Rewards, you will lead the Total Rewards team, own annual and off-cycle compensation cycles, administer the equity program, and partner with Legal
