Procurement Specialist

Overview BRMi is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support a large financial services client in a hybrid work environment in Vienna VA. Seeking a dedicated resource to supportdocumentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement of the TPRM program,training materials that drive consistency, scalability, audit readiness, and operational effectiveness. An In Person interview will be required for this role Responsibilities Lead the collection and documentation of process details, workflows, and business requirements to support large-scale process mapping and enhancement initiatives. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understandfutureprocesses and accurately capture process flows, roles, responsibilities, and dependencies. Qualifications Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including workflow maps, procedures, and operational guidance. Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting current-state processes, identifying enhancement opportunities, and contributingongoingprocessenhancements. Ensure process documentation aligns with organizational standards, governance requirements, and strategic improvement objectives. Create desktop job aids and reference materials that translate process requirements into clear, user-friendly instructions for daily operations. Assist Risk Subject Matter Experts in standardizing risk assessment methodologies, documentation, templates, and procedures to promote consistency, quality, and alignment across risk domains.
