About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2002 and have been with State Farm since 1989. I'm a graduate of the University of West Florida, where I earned my B.A. in Finance, graduating Cum Laude. I feel incredibly fortunate to have built my entire career with State Farm and continue doing work centered around helping people and serving our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2002.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• We have 70 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
