To streamline partner onboarding and execution, the full-time Partnerships Operations Specialist will manage workflows, coordinate processes across internal teams, and enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the onboarding and execution workflows for partners to scale the team's operational capacity Coordinate onboarding processes for new partners, actively improving timelines and reducing operational bottlenecks Create and maintain operational infrastructure such as playbooks and launch checklists for Partnerships processes Required qualifications 100% fluent in both English and Spanish Proven track record in project coordination and operational execution Strong ability to align and drive execution across diverse internal teams Exceptional organization and prioritization skills with attention to detail Prior exposure to Fintech, cross-border payments, or operational environments is highly valued
