Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodiverse youth? Maple Lake Academy is looking for energetic, compassionate individuals to step into aStaff Mentorrole supporting teenage boys with Autism in a structured, supportive, and growth-focused school and community environment. In this role, you'll:
Provide classroom support during school hours. Provide structured support during non-school hours
Build meaningful connections with students
Collaborate with a strong, caring team
Help guide students in their academic and personal development with life skills and social skills The work we do is rewarding and challengingit's an opportunity to mentor, model, and make a real impact. Schedule: There are four different shifts, and we have openings on each shift
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00PM - 9:00PM and one Sunday shift every other week
- Opportunity to pick up other shifts
- Part-Time
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 21 years or older (to be able to drive company vehicles)
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon accepting an offer
