Staffing and Resource Analyst

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Staffing and Resource Forecasting Analyst will improve organizational efficiency by analyzing data and processes, creating documentation, and providing insights to business stakeholders during evening shifts from 2 PM to 1 AM, Monday to Friday, with some weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and support decision-making processes Evaluate existing operational processes by providing data and analysis to identify areas for improvement Maintain and update reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 0-2 years of relevant work experience
