Pay Rate: $14.00/hr.

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | Scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on production needs

Bakery Production Associate - Food Manufacturing

Diverse Staffing is hiring Bakery Production Associates for a growing food manufacturing facility in Norcross, GA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that produces specialty baked goods enjoyed by customers nationwide.

If you have experience working in food production, manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or fast-paced production environments, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Package and prepare baked goods for shipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality and appearance standards are met
• Load and unload trays and materials on the production line
• Assist with food production processes including mixing, decorating, and packaging
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements
• Support palletizing, wrapping, and staging finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Work Environment

• Fast-paced food manufacturing facility
• Standing and walking for the majority of the shift
• Repetitive hand movements and production line work
• Food safety procedures required, including hairnets and protective equipment
• Team-oriented environment focused on quality and productivity

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Preferred:

• Previous food production experience
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Packaging, assembly, or warehouse experience
• Experience working in GMP or food-safe environments
