Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Rock Hill, SC. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy in outpatient and early intervention settings. The role also involves managing a caseload, documenting sessions and progress in a timely and compliant manner, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other providers to support carryover of skills in natural environments. The Speech Language Pathologist will participate in team meetings, contribute to goal‑setting and care coordination, and engage in ongoing professional development and best‑practice implementation. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy and Speech intervention, with experience planning and delivering developmentally appropriate pediatric treatment. Knowledge and experience in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across a variety of pediatric populations. Experience with evaluation and management of Dysphagia in children, including safe feeding strategies and collaboration with medical providers when needed. Current master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program and active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) or strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidate with appropriate supervision arrangements. Ability to communicate clearly with children, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members, and to provide caregiver training and home program recommendations. Comfort working in outpatient and early intervention settings, including in‑clinic, home, or community‑based environments as needed. Organizational skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and caseload responsibilities while maintaining high‑quality, ethical care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
