Assistant Store Manager Ideal Markets is PUMPED to say we are growing! We are HIRING for a full-time Assistant Store Manager position in your area. Assistant Store Managers are responsible for day-to-day store operations including but not limited to scheduling, training, and supervising employees. Assistant Store managers are also responsible for store profitability, inventory, customer service, and safety. Position requires a person with strong communication skills and an ability to be flexible with work schedules. Expectations: You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the store operations You will help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, recordkeeping and stocking You will help to maintain our high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers You will provide regular and predictable onsite attendance You will execute and oversee our respective food programs to ensure quality and efficiency for our customers Requirements: Dependable attendance and flexible with schedulable hours Enthusiastic attitude for customer service Professional presentation and interpersonal communications Ability to motivate others Ability to achieve performance standards Ability to meet physical demands such as walking, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs High School Diploma Must be 20+ years of age at time of hire Previous retail experience will be a plus, but not required.
