We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temp to hire Production Operator.

Machine Operator Details:
- Temporary position
- $15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:35am to 06:45pm )
**Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor assigned production machinery and equipment according to established procedures. * Perform thorough visual inspections of products and components to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. * Conduct in-process quality checks and accurately record data as required. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, complying with all safety protocols. * Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality deviations promptly. * May involve assisting with material handling and palletizing finished goods. * Orientation will last approximately 3 hours. Your specific work schedule will be provided during orientation, and you will report to your first scheduled shift the next day it is scheduled to work.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Inspection & Visual Acuity
Demonstrated ability to perform precise visual inspections and detect small imperfections or deviations.
Machine Operator Experience:
Proficient in operating industrial machinery, including monitoring performance and basic adjustments.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to understand and follow complex instructions and safety procedures.
Reliability and punctuality for a demanding 12-hour shift schedule.
Palletize- Experience with manual or automated palletizing processes.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
