We offer the opportunity to earn $120,000+, with total compensation valued up to $130,000+ including benefits, supported by structured mentorship, clinical development, and a clear growth path within an independently operated practice. NJDPT offers a long-term career path without the high-volume feel of many corporate outpatient models. Our clinicians typically treat 1–2 patients per hour, allowing time for individualized care, clinical growth, and work-life balance. Our Mentorship Program

• Dedicated 1:1 mentorship sessions with an experienced team of highly credentialed, board-certified DPT mentors

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation package valued up to $130,000+, including benefits
• Salary progression up to $120,000+ following the structured training and development period

Schedule & Caseload

• 1–2 patients per hour — a sustainable model, not high-volume care
• Flexible full-time scheduling options
• Option to design a 3-, 4-, or 5-day workweek

• Low patient volume designed to support clinical learning and development
