What You’ll Do
- Prepare and/or review individual, S-corp, partnership, and small business tax returns.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide clear, practical tax guidance.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and deliver proactive planning strategies.
- Manage deadlines, filings, and follow-ups with accuracy and accountability.
- Respond to IRS and state notices and assist with audits as needed.
- Stay current on tax law changes and apply them proactively.
- Help improve workflows, processes, and the overall client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- CPA or EA certification preferred.
- 3+ years of Income tax experience.
- Experience in tax planning, compliance, and preparation for individuals and small businesses.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships independently.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
