About the job Medical Receptionist
Medical Receptionist - Full-Time Contract (42 Hours/Week)
- Manage front-desk reception duties, including greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries
- Utilize electronic medical record systems, including Epic ClinDoc , Allscripts Enterprise EHR , OHM , and other EMRs
- Maintain accurate patient information and support clinical workflows
- Ensure compliance with the annual flu-shot requirement during flu season
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to patients and staff
- 1+ years of experience in any of the following:
- Allscripts Enterprise EHR
- Other EMR systems
- Epic ClinDoc
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical office environment
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- 42 hours per week
- Initial 6-week contract , with potential extension
