KTM Exteriors & Recycling LLC is looking for a skilled Roofing Repair Technician to join our growing team in Hampstead, NH! General Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential and commercial roofs to identify damage, leaks, and areas in need of repair
• Perform roofing repairs including patching, sealing, flashing replacement, and shingle repair or replacement
• Safely operate roofing tools and equipment in compliance with safety standards
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to customers and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout each project
• Document work completed and materials used on each job
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Requirements:

• Prior experience in roofing, exterior construction, or a related trade
• Knowledge of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, flashing, underlayment, and sealants
• Ability to work safely at heights and on ladders in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• OSHA safety knowledge or willingness to complete safety training
