Ambulatory Pharmacist II: Patient Care & Med Safety Lead

Cambridge Health Alliance

A healthcare organization in Cambridge is looking for an experienced Ambulatory Pharmacist II to provide pharmaceutical care in an outpatient practice setting. Responsibilities include ensuring rational drug therapy, medication counseling, and oversight of pharmacy technician activities. Candidates must have a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. and at least five years of experience as a pharmacist. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
