Gymnastics Instructor

The Little Gym of La Canada is seeking part‑time Pre‑K (ages 3‑5) and Grade School (ages 6‑12) instructors for weekday afternoon sessions and one weekend day. Positions begin immediately and continue through Fall/Winter and beyond. Responsibilities Introduce children to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym’s learning environment. Teach classes using the proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided). Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family. Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class. Engage each child as if it’s their first day—every week. Qualifications Active, fun, high‑energy, enthusiastic team‑player. High stamina and enthusiasm to move with kids and coach them through gymnastic movements. Willingness to learn and be coachable; gymnastics experience is not required. Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus but not required. Strong customer‑service skills; ability to build positive relationships with members and their parents. Ability to create an engaging classroom environment and maintain focus. Compensation $17.30 – $24.00 per hour. Application Process All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
