A well-established community hospital is seeking additional BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join a collaborative team providing high-quality care to a broad regional population across multiple counties in western Kentucky.\n

Position Highlights: \n

• Join a team of 5 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
\n
• Manage an ED averaging ~15,000 annual visits
\n
• 10-bed emergency department within a 60-bed community hospital
\n
• Approximately 24/7 physician coverage with APC support
\n
• ~142 twelve-hour shifts annually (7a–7p / 7p–7a)
\n
• Balanced distribution of day and night shifts
\n
• Average ~40 patients per day
\n
• Strong focus on patient experience and quality-driven care
\n
• Opportunity to teach within a Family Medicine residency program
\n
