What You’ll Need to Succeed: Active New York State medical license Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (no BEs, please) DEA license Proven clinical skills in OB/GYN practices Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage a busy patient load with professionalism and compassion Nice to Have Skills: Experience with EMR systems, specifically eClinicalWorks Onsite ultrasound proficiency Prior experience supporting delivery centers and working with midwives Flexibility with shift schedules and call duties Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Completion of OB/GYN residency program Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting Familiarity with managing a patient population of teenagers and adults Other Requirements: Willingness to support at least 3-4 weeks per month of coverage Ability to work a 24-hour hospital call shift (not pager, provider must be onsite) Onsite accommodations available during call hours Local_candidate preferred to minimize travel expenses and maximize patient continuity Offering competitive pay at $222.30/hour, our position features weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
