Job Opportunity – Nurse Manager / Clinic Operations Manager – Alaska

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (guaranteed hours begin after orientation week)

Highlights:

• Lead daily operations of a sub-regional outpatient clinic serving a vital rural community
• Serve as liaison between central hospital departments and remote clinic location
• Oversee patient flow, medical records management, and reimbursement documentation
• Responsible for clinic staffing and team coordination
• Work in a meaningful healthcare setting supporting underserved populations
• Utilize standard outpatient clinic technology and EMR systems

Requirements:

• Graduate of an NLN-approved nursing program; BSN required, MSN or Master's degree in healthcare-related field preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive nursing management experience; three (3) years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Current Alaska Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• COVID-19 vaccination (proof required)
• Knowledge of regulatory agency standards for healthcare organizations
• Ability to work flexible schedule and take independent action within established guidelines
