Shift Manager – Front of House – Dublin Full-time / Part-time. Starting at $20.00 per hour. The Role As the FOH Shift Manager, you ensure customers have the best experience at Roots. You mentor the Front of House crew, train them relentlessly, and support them in achieving restaurant goals. Responsibilities Communicate the vision for Roots culture to your crew to ensure a special experience every day. Collaborate with the leadership team to make Roots an awesome place to be. Help team members develop leadership skills with deep understanding and motivation. Provide excellent hands‑on training and support throughout the training process. Coach your crew to run excellent shifts, creating amazing experiences and serving awesome food. Maintain relentless focus on customer experience and details. Ensure crew follows food safety practices and maintains standards. Master all front‑of‑house positions (line, grill, catering/app). Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during all shifts. Skills, Experience, and Requirements Prior restaurant management experience preferred. Empathy for crew members and customers. Friendliness and enthusiasm daily. Lead by example with humility and resilience. Phenomenal personal, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
