Industrial Sales/Customer Manager

We’re a 29‑year‑old industrial contractor serving plants across Georgia. What Is the Job? Your mission is to create and grow revenue. Hunting (60%) Prospect and develop new industrial clients Get in front of plant managers, maintenance leaders, and decision‑makers Build a pipeline and close new opportunities Stay proactive—this role rewards those who go get it Farming (40%) Grow and retain existing accounts Build strong, trusted relationships inside customer facilities Identify additional opportunities within current clients Partner with operations to ensure successful execution and repeat business What That Looks Like Day‑to‑Day Time in the field meeting customers and prospects Walking plants, identifying needs, and creating solutions Coordinating with operations to deliver what you sell Managing your territory like it’s your own business Travel: Up to 50% (local/regional) What Drives You?
