Team Manager

Summary The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security to achieve store sales plans and deliver an elevated in-store client experience. Acts as the on-shift leader in the Director's absence, coaching the team and managing back-of-house operations. Focuses on client development, operational excellence and talent growth to drive results. Responsibilities Support the Store Director and assume oversight of the store when the Director is not present. Lead, coach and motivate sales and operations teams to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales plans. Deliver and model exceptional guest experience and manage client relationships and client development activities. Manage back-of-house operations, ensure compliance with internal controls and identify operational efficiencies. Partner on talent activities including hiring, training, performance management and recognition. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience. Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales results. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems and point of sale (POS) systems. Authorization to work in the United States. Preferred: college/university degree and GIA or graduate gemologist coursework. #J-18808-Ljbffr
