Known for delivering personalized service and practical legal solutions, the firm continues to grow and is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its thriving Matrimonial practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5-7 years of matrimonial and family law experience who enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution while working in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Responsibilities Handle a diverse caseload involving divorce, custody, child support, and other family law matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and legal briefs Represent clients in Supreme Court, Family Court, and related proceedings throughout the tri-state area Develop litigation strategies and manage matters through all stages of litigation Maintain frequent communication with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders Manage case deadlines, calendars, and court appearances Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal support staff to deliver exceptional client service Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active admission to the New York State Bar 5-7 years of matrimonial and family law experience Strong knowledge of New York Supreme Court and Family Court procedures Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills Strong organizational and case management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook #J-18808-Ljbffr
