Opportunity


The practice is seeking a motivated and clinically focused Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing team. The incoming provider will join a fast-paced environment with a steady patient volume, primarily focusing on non-interventional management and surgical coordination. Responsibilities

• Manage a daily volume of approximately 30 patients per day .
• Conduct thorough pain management consultations and treatment plan evaluations.
• Oversee routine prescription refills and medication management in compliance with state regulations.
• Perform follow-up visits to assess patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Coordinate with the attending physicians by ordering appropriate interventional procedures and diagnostic imaging.
• Provide patient education regarding therapeutic exercises, lifestyle modifications, and procedural expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid California license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) .
• Active DEA registration.
• Experience: Prior experience in Pain Management or Orthopedics is a strong plus , though the practice is open to highly motivated candidates.
