Everyone contributes. **BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB** Develop and oversee content for Zegna’s marketing and communication channels, with a specific focus on advertising, communication collateral, website, social, printed materials and digital platforms for key and commercial projects. Ensure that creative visions are translated into high-quality assets, delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the brand’s DNA and strategy. In this role, you will: * Actively participate in content production planning (internal cross-team meetings)* Coordinate the communication of delivery information and project status to internal teams and departments in a timely manner, while developing and tracking timelines and production schedules* Deliver final outputs from raw assets within the specified timelines for each project* Support budget coordination and promptly update related documentation for each content production* Create, organize, and maintain documentation, content strategy documents, creative decks, and final assets* Execute briefs and follow the creative developmentSupervise one junior team member **What makes you, makes our team** When you join Zegna, you join a team, working together to shape the future of our company.
