Location: Emerson Hospital Concord, MA Rate: Up to $2300.00 Gross Weekly + Benefits From Day 1 Shift: 12-Hour Days (7:00 AM 7:00 PM) Contract: 13-Week Contract | Local & Travel Accepted Guaranteed Hours: 36 Per Week
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN License Required
- BLS (AHA or ARC) Required
- ACLS Required
- Minimum 2 Years ICU / Critical Care Experience Required
- Travel Experience Required
- Strong Critical Care Competency Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide High-Acuity Nursing Care To ICU Patients
- Manage Complex Critical Care Cases And Monitor Hemodynamic Status
- Administer Medications, Drips, And Treatments Per ICU Protocols
- Respond To Rapid Changes In Patient Condition
- Collaborate With Intensivists And Interdisciplinary Care Team
- Maintain Accurate And Timely Documentation
- Float To Similar Critical Care Or Acute Units As Needed
- Work Every Other Weekend And Every Other Holiday Rotation
