Maintenance Coordinator

To ensure smooth operations across the property portfolio, the remote Maintenance Coordinator will triage maintenance issues, manage vendor relationships, and promote resident satisfaction while working flexible hours. Key responsibilities Triage incoming maintenance issues and escalate as necessary Serve as a liaison between residents, the Resident Services Team, and vendors Manage maintenance tickets through a tech-enabled platform and ensure timely resolution Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination Familiarity with maintenance operations for single-family rentals Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends Bachelor's degree preferred Physical capability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and working in varied conditions
