Job Summary

We are seeking a General Office to join our team! As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be maintaining content across many different online platforms, analyzing promotional campaigns, and maintaining a strong online presence. You will also be responsible for updating our restaurants menus, both online and for the physical restaurants. The ideal candidate is comfortable coordinating with other members of the team, has strong organizational skills, and is capable of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Update physical and digital menus
• Adjust business information across multiple websites
• Work with restaurants to facilitate events
• Coordinate and book private events with customers
• Create reports that show the progress and outcomes of social media campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms, including understanding social media
• Proficiency with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite, Canva and Perfect Venue
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Within commuting distance of the Danville office
