Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Location : Fall River, Massachusetts Looking for a specialty position that offers variety, strong physician support, and outstanding work-life balance? An established physician-led multispecialty medical group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Pulmonary Medicine team. This unique role combines outpatient pulmonary care with inpatient pulmonary consult rounding, providing the best of both worlds without ICU coverage, overnight shifts, or weekend responsibilities. This role works closely with Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians and two experienced APP colleagues. Responsibilities include: Pulmonary patient evaluations Follow-up care and chronic disease management Hospital pulmonary consult rounding Treatment planning and patient education Care coordination with physicians and hospital teams Documentation and EMR management Clinical Programs Pulmonary Function Testing Lab Advanced Pulmonary Procedures On-site Imaging and Laboratory Services Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Massachusetts license or eligibility DEA certification or ability to obtain Strong communication and patient care skills Pulmonary experience preferred but not required Location Located in southeastern Massachusetts with convenient access to Providence, Boston, Cape Cod, and Newport.
