Mid-Level Data Analyst

Data AnalystThis Data Analyst will support a highly visible customer-facing analytics environment focused on delivering insights and reporting that drive operational decision-making. The individual will maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, use SQL to analyze and extract data, develop new KPIs and reporting capabilities, and help consolidate existing reporting assets to improve usability and efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly based on business or customer needs. While stakeholders will often provide direction on the information they need to see, this individual will be responsible for determining the best way to deliver those insights through data, reporting, and visualization. Success in this role requires strong technical skills, adaptability, ownership, and the ability to quickly pivot between competing priorities while maintaining a high level of execution. The underlying data architecture is stable and mature, so the primary focus will be on reporting, dashboard enhancements, metric development, optimization, and business-facing analytics rather than heavy data engineering work.
