Store Operating Hours

• Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Customer Service: Assist phone, lunch counter, catering, and in-store retail guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude; resolve requests quickly and accurately.
• Food Preparation: Assemble lunch items, build catering trays, and prepare retail signature items, including glazing hams and turkeys according to company standards.
• Sales & Merchandising: Share product knowledge, suggest add-ons to round out guest meals, and maintain fully stocked, visually appealing retail displays.
• Order Fulfillment & Delivery: Share responsibility in coordinating, packing, and driving catering and retail deliveries.
• Store Upkeep: Uphold strict sanitation, cleanliness, and organizational standards across kitchen, prep, and front-of-house areas.
• Safety & Compliance: Consistently adhere to food safety guidelines, operational procedures, and respectful workplace policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and close attention to detail.
• Previous experience in food service, retail, grocery, hospitality, or cashier roles is a plus.
• Ability to work proactively, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required; reliable personal transportation is a strong plus for delivery runs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and stoop for extended periods.
• Hand dexterity to safely handle food prep tools and equipment, including a glazing torch.
• Ability to safely lift and move stock and supplies weighing up to 65 lbs.
