If you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and enjoy working with your hands, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career with the #1 furniture brand in North America.Come Grow With Us Today!What You'll DoInspect furniture to identify damage, defects, and repair requirementsRebuild, repair, and restore residential and commercial furniture to manufacturer and company standardsRepair wood, upholstery, leather, laminate, veneer, metal, and other furniture materialsPerform touch-ups, refinishing, color matching, and structural repairsAssemble and disassemble furniture for delivery, installation, or repairReplace damaged hardware, legs, mechanisms, cushions, upholstery, and other componentsSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipmentMaintain accurate repair documentation and material usage recordsEnsure all repairs meet company quality standards and manufacturer specificationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCommunicate professionally with vendors and team members regarding repair timelinesLoad, unload, and transport furniture as neededFollow all company safety policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredHands-on experience rebuilding, repairing, and restoring residential and commercial furniture is required.
