The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from kickoff through final customer acceptance, ensuring successful end-to-end project execution including planning, design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, cost, and overall performance while serving as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure strong communication and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to align internal execution with customer requirements.

• Conduct internal and customer kickoff meetings and drive ongoing project updates.

• Communicate technical and contractual requirements to ensure team alignment.

• Allocate resources and prioritize project activities to meet deadlines.

• Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure scope and deliverables are met.

• Monitor and report project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with documentation, contractual terms, and company processes.

• Support invoicing, track payments, and manage project financials.

• Approve shipments and ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations.

• Drive project closeout and secure formal customer acceptance.

Essential Skills

• Proven project management skills.

• Experience in engineering, electrical engineering, and product development life cycle.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, switchgear, controls, and relay panels.

• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.

• Understanding of medium voltage, low voltage, ehouse, buildings, relay, and panels.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Capability to handle full scope project management including financials, scheduling, client interactions, and production.

Work Environment

The work environment operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The company is rapidly growing, especially in the data center supplier sector, and is poised to double in size within the next three years due to significant investments in new product lines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
