Acture Solutions is seeking an energetic, driven, and customer-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales & Marketing team in Albany, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering business challenges, and generating new opportunities for a high-performing sales organization. As the front end of our sales process, you\'ll identify prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings that help expand Acture\'s Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, Professional Services, and Strategic Technology Consulting practices across all locations. What You\'ll Do Generate qualified sales opportunities for all Acture locations through outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and marketing campaigns. Research prospective organizations in Acture regions across K-12 education, commercial businesses, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine business needs and sales readiness. Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Senior Account Managers and Regional Sales Leaders. Maintain accurate customer and prospect records within the CRM. Track sales activities, pipeline metrics, and follow-up tasks. Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives. Assist with proposals, sales reporting, and customer communications. Coordinate internal handoffs between Sales, Engineering, and Leadership teams. Consistently meet or exceed activity and opportunity generation goals. What You Bring 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, customer service, or account management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Professional phone presence and customer-first attitude. Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of initiative, persistence, and accountability.
