Labor & Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse – Rotating Shifts

• Schedule: 3x12 Day/Night Rotating Shifts | 13 Weeks | 36 Hours Guaranteed
• The Unit: Women’s & Children’s (OB) department. Fully operating on the Epic EMR platform.
• Attire: Hospital-provided scrubs in Ciel Blue.

• Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2 years of current, matching L&D/OB nursing experience .
• Specialized Skillset: Dual competency is required. Candidates must have strong OB experience combined with active OR Circulator experience for sections.
• Licensure & Certifications [IN-HAND]: Active Montana (MT) or multi-state Compact RN license, plus AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications must be fully active and on file at submission.
• Geographic Restraint [RADIUS RULE]: Travel candidates only. Local candidates residing within a 200-mile radius of the Helena facility are not accepted.
• Time-Off Restrictions: All Requested Time Off (RTO) or specific scheduling accommodations must be declared at the moment of submission . The facility will strictly deny any RTO or scheduling requests brought up after profile submittal.

Floating Protocols Cross-Training Flex: Candidates may be floated to Med-Surg, ICU, or the Emergency Room to act as "helping hands," assist with tasks, or provide 1:1 patient sitting. Overflow Care: The OB unit occasionally houses stable, adult overflow patients from other hospital floors, which the traveler may be assigned to manage.
