Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and insurance companies. Handle calls with professionalism and urgency. What We're Looking For Skills: Strong math and communication skills, both verbal and written. Technology: Comfort working with computer systems. Driving Record: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Availability: Monday through Friday.
