Are you looking for a Part-Time job with meaningful work and schedule flexibility? Our agency is currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for parents of school aged children, as our flexible hours would allow you to both drop off and pick up children from school.

While hours are flexible, they will be within our normal business hours of Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Beth Black - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
