Why This Opportunity Unlimited PTO, strong bonuses, and full benefits Clear pathway toward Project Manager level Strong mentorship from experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and senior leadership Opportunity to support commercial projects across the Dallas market Collaborative culture with a genuine focus on professional development Growing business with long-term progression as the team expands The Role Support Project Managers in the delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Assist with budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams Track project costs, commitments, buyout, meeting minutes, logs, and closeout requirements Review drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps, coordination issues, and constructability concerns Work closely with field teams to support schedule, quality, safety, and project communication Background Sought Commercial construction experience required Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Project Coordinator, or similar Commercial general contractor experience preferred Strong understanding of project documentation, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to grow into a Project Manager role Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree preferred Must be authorized to work in the US, no visa sponsorship available #J-18808-Ljbffr
