Occupational Therapist (OT) | Long Term Care

Role: Occupational Therapist responsible for coordinating and delivering therapy services to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Utilize appropriate activities to promote health and achieve therapy goals. Provide direct therapy in various settings, ensuring patient-centered care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately. Participate in program development, professional growth, and student supervision. Qualifications & Skills Active occupational therapy license in the practice state. Ability to perform essential job functions, including effective communication and visual acuity. Preferred 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience.
