Requisition ID: 933682 Store # :00P392 Eyebuydirect Kiosk Position: Full-Time Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses Act as a leader in optical acumen Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tools Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think to ensure customers are satisfied and expectations exceeded, solution‑driven Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies Maintain store appearance, help keep the store clean, attractive, and organized Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices Be resourceful, self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement, and results Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management Basic Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Awareness of current fashion trends Sales skills – ability to use and carry an iPAD/tablet Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators Embrace new technology & change Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: 25.02-39.02 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
