Job Overview A law firm seeks a Healthcare Regulatory Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves advising on federal and state regulatory matters related to corporate and transactional work with institutional healthcare providers. Duties Advise on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters. Handle Change of Ownership (CHOW) transactions and related filings. Conduct corporate and regulatory due diligence. Structure transactions to comply with healthcare regulations. Draft and review transactional documents. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. Substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute. Experience with OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in Georgia. Skills Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
