Exciting opportunities are now available for dedicated Special Education Teachers in elementary settings near Glendale and Phoenix, AZ. Multiple positions are open for both full-time and part-time candidates, with placements extending through late May 2027. These onsite roles focus on a variety of specialized classroom environments, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

We are seeking professionals with a passion for supporting students with diverse needs, ranging from behavioral support programs to resource settings and autism-specific classrooms. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Special Education Teacher Certification (SPED)
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP FP Card)
• Site-specific experience and credentials desirable:
  • Behavior program experience and CPI certification for Manzanita Elementary
  • Early Childhood (EC) certification or experience for Preschool position at Shaw Butte Elementary
  • Experience with autism or moderate intellectual disabilities for Cactus Wren Elementary
• Updated professional resume
• Ability to specify site preference(s) based on experience and expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and interventions for students in self-contained, resource, and cross-categorical classrooms
• Collaborate with support staff, related service providers, and families
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each child's strengths and needs
• Maintain accurate student records and comply with all reporting requirements
• Foster inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom cultures
