This team empowers everyone at Snap to do their best work, be themselves, and feel part of a cohesive, global community.We’re looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team!What you’ll do:Configure and support existing Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning) and add new functionality as necessaryBuild out and optimize our Workday ecosystemThoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teamsHandle projects with ambiguity from design to implementation and often setting your own direction with minimal aid from leadershipTroubleshoot and resolve configuration issuesCreate advanced reports using complex calculated fieldsPerform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrityTrain and mentor junior configuration specialistsCreate functional and technical systems documentationKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing requirementsSomeone who can rely on their previous experiences to plan and accomplish future goalsAbility to lead cross-functional projects and interact with team members at all levelsAbility to work well under general supervisionExcellent written and verbal communications skillsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field3+ years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modulesPreferred Qualifications:Workday Payroll CertificationCompensation:In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
