Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 nursing care to patients in their homes and/or school settings .

What You’ll Do:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care
• Care for patients in their home and/or school environment
• Follow the patient’s individualized plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor the patient and communicate any changes or concerns
• Complete nursing documentation
• Help promote the patient’s safety, comfort, and independence

What We’re Looking For:

• Current LPN license
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Dependability and strong communication skills
• Ability to provide individualized nursing care
• Comfortable working independently in home and/or school environments
