Product Manager - Netflix Artist Experience

Define the product vision for Netflix's AI-powered Creative Suite — consolidating state-of-the-art generative image and video capabilities into a unified artist studio experience for directors, editors, colorists, and VFX artists. $440,000 – $725,000 / yr Location On-site Seniority Senior Compared with 37 other Product roles: Common across similar roles Unique to this role What you'll do Responsibilities Lead the creation of an AI-powered Creative Suite consolidating multimodal AI capabilities Partner with UX/UI design, AI R&D, engineering, user research, and creatives to deliver production-ready features artists love Common Own end-to-end product strategy from production to post: image and video generation, modification, timeline-based editing Common Define interoperability with Netflix platforms and DCC tools to scale to real-world studio pipelines Build collaboration features: shared projects, versioning, review, complex production workflows Lead the roadmap: identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize, define success metrics Drive rapid iteration through prototyping and experimentation with an 'AI-builder' mindset What you'll need Experience 5+ years of Product Management experience building video creation, editing, or production tools Common Deep domain expertise in AI video generation/modification workflows and AI-assisted filmmaking techniques Proven experience delivering products for individual creators and enterprise-scale collaborative workflows Strong product judgment and a builder's mindset Unique Excellent communication; align research, design, and creative practitioners around a unified vision #J-18808-Ljbffr Workman Labs
