About the Role:As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. If you're committed to excellence and looking to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join our team.Position Highlights at a Glance:Caseload: ~7 patientsAverage Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 daysConditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and moreTeam Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & moreAdvanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)What You'll Need:LPN License (State of Florida)CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)Ready to make a difference—and love where you work?
