Student Success Advisor

Dedicated to fostering student success, the full-time Student Success Advisor - First Term will build strong relationships with students, provide academic guidance, and ensure they have access to necessary resources while working remotely or onsite in Waterbury, CT. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for students from their first course through graduation, ensuring support and resources for success Proactively develop relationships to foster a sense of belonging and create a seamless student experience Analyze student progress and identify at-risk students, implementing strategies to support retention and academic success Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and experience demonstrating readiness for the role Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Blackboard, CRM tools, and other relevant software Exceptional communication skills with a warm and engaging phone presence Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekend hours as needed
