Consult with individuals to assess their specific insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions. Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity when they need support most. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is handled with care and precision. Participate in local community events to increase brand awareness and build meaningful professional connections. Collaborate with the agency team to refine sales strategies and share best practices for client success. Requirements Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred. License assistance available Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License is preferred. License assistance available. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
