Job Description And Duties Under general direction of the Manager II, the Analyst III serves as a departmental analyst supporting the development and implementation of the Automated Human Resources (AutoHR). The incumbent provides analytical, coordination, and operational support for departmental automated systems. Independently coordinate and provide subject matter expertise for Human Resources (HR) automation projects to modernize HR processes and achieve greater Department of Developmental Services (Department) program efficiencies. The position in collaboration with the Information Technology (IT) Division, and contractors to coordinate and guide the continued development, and transition to automated HR systems including AutoHR and the Learning Management System (LMS). The position will also be responsible for maintenance and updating of the Active Directory that includes employees’ contact information and their organizational placement. Effective July 1, 2025, State employees are subject to a salary reduction of three percent in exchange for five hours per month of the Personal Leave. Working Conditions Under Government Code 14200, this position is a hybrid, in‑office/telework position, and may be subject to change. Incumbent can be required to report to the office, or any designated location at any time. Telework agreements can be modified and/or cancelled at any time.
