Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgeries including orthopedic, ENT, and ophthalmology procedures.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and universal protocols.
• Provide post-operative care and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic charting system.
• Float between main OR and affiliate facilities as required.
• Handle specimen processing and labeling with precision.

Qualifications

• Current CA state RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an OR nurse.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Willingness to work two out of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
• Ability to float to affiliate hospitals as needed.
